Chat BI is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. That rule applies to text, voice, video, Connect matching, and private rooms.
Why the age limit exists
Random chat connects strangers in real time. Voice and video make it easy for harmful content to appear without warning. An 18+ rule is the baseline for:
- Reducing the risk of minors entering adult conversations
- Setting clear expectations in our Terms and Community Guidelines
- Supporting zero-tolerance enforcement for child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, and sexual solicitation of anyone under 18
Anonymous platforms cannot perfectly verify age. That is why the rule is written clearly, why users must confirm they are adults, and why underage reports are treated as high priority.
How age works in practice
- By using Chat BI you represent that you are 18 or older
- Guest profiles may include an age range you choose; it is not government ID verification
- Audio and video flows may require both people to confirm they are 18+
- If we believe a user is a minor, we remove their access
If you are under 18, do not use the site. If you see someone you believe is under 18, leave the chat and report them.
Zero tolerance for child-safety violations
There is no tolerance for content or behavior that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors. That includes CSAM, grooming, and sexual solicitation of anyone under 18. Chat BI may preserve related records and report activity to appropriate authorities.
