Chat BI (https://chatbi.live) is a real-time communication platform that lets adults connect for live text, voice, and video chat. Users participate as anonymous guests. Conversations happen between users; voice and video are transmitted peer-to-peer.

• Chat BI does not produce, create, manufacture, or commission sexually explicit content.
• Chat BI does not upload, publish, or host pre-recorded sexually explicit visual depictions on its servers.
• Live voice and video streams are peer-to-peer. We do not record calls or store video/audio of conversations after a session ends.
• Any content that appears during a live session is generated and controlled solely by the participating users in real time.

Chat BI is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By entering the site and using chat features you represent that you are 18 or older. See our Community Guidelines and Terms of Service.

Because Chat BI does not create or retain sexually explicit visual depictions, and does not operate as a producer of such content within the meaning of 18 U.S.C. § 2257, we do not maintain performer age records for third-party live streams that we neither produce nor store. Users remain solely responsible for their own conduct and for any content they choose to show or share.

• Any sexual content involving minors is strictly prohibited and reported to the appropriate authorities when discovered.
• We provide report and block tools, may ban users by network and device signals, and cooperate with law enforcement where required.
• If we learn a user is under 18, we remove their access.
