You must be at least 18 years old to use Chat BI. By using the Service you represent that you are 18 or older and legally able to enter into these Terms.

Chat BI lets you connect with other people for real-time text, voice, and video chat, and to create invite-code private rooms. No account is required; you participate as an anonymous guest. The Service is provided free of charge and may change or be discontinued at any time. The Service may display third-party advertising from partners such as Google AdSense or ExoClick, subject to your cookie preferences described in our Privacy Policy.

You agree to follow our Community Guidelines. You are solely responsible for your conduct and for anything you say, show, or share. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose.

We provide tools to block and report other users. We may remove content, end conversations, restrict matching, or ban users (including by network and device signals) at our discretion to enforce these Terms or protect users. We may cooperate with law enforcement where required.

Conversations happen directly between users, and video and voice are transmitted peer-to-peer. We do not monitor the content of every conversation and are not responsible for the behavior of other users. You interact with strangers at your own risk.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chat BI and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any conduct or content of any user, arising from your use of the Service.

Ads and related measurement tools are provided by third parties (such as Google AdSense or ExoClick). Their use of data is governed by their own policies. We are not responsible for third-party sites, ads, or services you access through the Service.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

• We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
• We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason, including violations of these Terms.
